BNI 1^st Advantage Mission Statement

1^st Advantage is a BNI chapter intent on growing to a membership of 50 members who bring each other 500 referrals totaling a closed business amount of $1,500,000 for the year.

Our vision is to become a membership that is known by our visitors and colleagues as a supportive group of professionals, each collaborating to create a successful and dynamic community where at its foundation can be found the basic belief that givers gain can help us to achieve our mission.

1^st Advantage is a reliable group of networking experts who are committed to helping each member be successful by keeping them accountable, being supportive of each other’s goals and following a methodical approach to BNI success.

Word of Mouth marketing is the most powerful form of marketing we have available in a local economy. Our members may from time to time have a need for other members services but the idea of BNI is not to sell your services to other members, rather to train the other members to sell you services to people they know. Imagine being able to train up to 40 sales people to be looking for your dream referral! That is the power of relationship marketing and that is what BNI 1st Advantage practices all week long.

Our motto is “Givers Gain” and once you start giving, it doesn’t take long before you see how powerful that concept truly is. You never know who someone else may know and you will never know unless you ask.

We meet every Wednesday from 7:00 – 8:30 am at Ace Conference Room in San Rafael.
